Case Studies

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to help build brands from the ground up, lead creative campaigns, bring product launches to life, and create experiences that connect brands with their communities. From developing the initial concept to overseeing execution, I love bringing together strategy, creativity, and storytelling to make an impact.

Below is a closer look at a few projects I've helped bring to life, the role I played, and the results that followed.

KORA Organics | The Pore Decisions Campaign

Creative Strategy & Campaign Production

When KORA Organics came to Amie ahead of their Turmeric Glow Drops launch, they didn't have a social-first campaign or supporting creative assets in place. That's where I came in.

I led the creative development of "Pore Decisions," a month-long campaign built around the product launch. From developing the concept to planning and overseeing production, I helped bring the campaign to life through more than 10 social-first assets, including founder content, creator UGC, event coverage, and editorial content.

One of my favorite parts of this project was getting to build a campaign that felt cohesive while still giving each piece of content its own personality. We weren't just creating individual videos. We were building a full month of content around one creative idea.

The Results

The campaign ended up being a huge success, with Reel views increasing 366% and Reel likes increasing 813%compared to the brand's typical biweekly performance.

It was such a fun project to lead, and one that really brought together my favorite parts of creative work: coming up with the big idea, figuring out how to execute it, and seeing it perform.

Iris & Romeo | Bringing the Founder Into Focus

Founder Content | Creative Direction & Production

One of my favorite parts of working with beauty brands is getting to work directly with their founders. For Iris & Romeo, I've had the opportunity to work with founder Michelle Gough Baril to create content that brings her personality, expertise, and perspective on beauty to the forefront.

From brainstorming concepts and preparing for shoots to directing on set and producing social-first content, I've helped turn Michelle's knowledge and personality into videos that feel natural, relatable, and true to the brand.

The goal has always been to make the content feel less like traditional beauty marketing and more like you're getting advice from someone who really knows her stuff.

The Results

And the content has really resonated. Founder-led videos have become some of Iris & Romeo's strongest-performing creative, with five videos surpassing 1 million views and five earning more than 500 saves.

It's been especially rewarding to see how much people connect with Michelle when we give her the space to be herself. Sometimes the best content comes from letting the person behind the brand do the talking.

dae hair | From Employee #3 to Sephora

Community Coordinator

I joined dae as the third employee, which meant wearing a lot of different hats. While my official title was Community Coordinator, my day-to-day looked a little bit different. I managed community engagement, worked with influencers, helped produce creative content, planned events, and worked alongside our Marketing Director to make sure everything we put out felt like dae.

During my time there, I got to be part of some pretty exciting milestones, from dae's expansion into Sephora to launching new products like our Leave-In Conditioner and Hydrating Mask.

The Prickly Pear Launch

One of my favorite projects was planning an influencer event for the launch of our Prickly Pear Leave-In Conditioner.

I handled everything from finding the venue and inviting influencers to booking hotels, putting together gifts, and planning the itinerary. It was one of those projects where I got to be involved in every little detail, which I loved.

We hosted eight influencers, and every single one shared content from the event. Seeing something I'd planned from the very beginning come together in real life was easily one of the highlights of my time at dae.

Looking back, dae was where I really learned how much goes into building a brand. Being on such a small team meant getting involved in just about everything, and that experience still shapes how I approach creative work today.
